The Archive Work Club LLC (“The Archive,” “we,” “us”) operates a coworking space at 210 W Mill St, New Braunfels, TX 78130. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email, phone number, company.
- Membership and booking records: plan, bookings, conference room use, day passes.
- Payment information, which is handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Check-in logs and door-access records.
- Camera footage in common areas, for security.
- Messages you send us by email, text, or phone.
- Basic website data such as pages visited, through standard website tools.
2. How we use it
- To run your membership, process payments, and provide door access.
- To contact you about your account, bookings, billing, and building notices.
- For security and to enforce our house rules.
- To improve the space and our services.
3. Text messaging
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it to send membership, booking, door-access, billing, and building-notice messages. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone, except with service providers that help us deliver the messages.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example payment processing, booking and membership software, door-access and email or messaging services), when required by law, or to protect safety and rights.
5. Retention
We keep records as long as needed for membership, billing, security, and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize them. Check-in and door-access records are kept for security and billing.
6. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or opt out of marketing email or texts, by emailing info@thearchive.work. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
8. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the current version at thearchive.work/privacy-policy.
